Monkey & Mo have just come back from a well-earned holiday and whilst they were there they thought about their most memorable moments from the many amazing classes over the last term and wanted to share a few with you….
Monkey loved seeing the babies in Rock’N’Roll continue to be enthralled by the new sounds they were introduced to with our beautiful percussion instruments and the look of wonder on their faces. Mo’s favourite was all the flashing balls used in one of our WOW Factor sections but couldn’t decide if it was the babies or the grown-ups that loved them more!!
Singing the Peek-a-boo song in our Heigh-Ho class is a definite favourite and the kids love it, Monkey particularly loves seeing the development through the weeks as little ones really start to know the song and join in with the actions. Cheeky Mo thought it was funny when Toni dressed up in lots of different hats as we learnt about people we know.
Monkey enjoyed learning about colours across the weeks with our Jiggety-Jig classes which inspired a special picture for Toni which she loved! Mo enjoyed all the craziness in the Time to Move songs which filled the rooms with smiles and laughter every time.
Monkey was so proud of our Ding-Dong students as the successfully read and played along with the graphic notation of 1,2,3 Shh and completed their first original composition inspired by a seaside.
Monkey, Mo and I can't wait for classes to resume in September and create many more memorable moments.
