MONKEY MUSIC APRIL NEWSLETTER

Well – one could say “what a horrid rainy day” but here at Monkey Towers, we are pretty pleased to see a few raindrops as it’s been so dry lately.  We planted some sunflower seeds last week and they definitely need a drink!

Monkey Music helps your little ones develop and grow like sunflowers every week with our carefully designed curricula of musical activities and we can’t wait to see everyone back for the Summer Term from Tuesday 22 April.

Haven’t booked your place yet?  Click here to save a space Karen Ross | Monkey Music or send an email if you would like to chat about dates.

If you need some music in your life before then – we still have some spaces in the 10am EASTER WORKSHOP EVENT this coming Thursday 17 April – 40 minutes of musical fun with Karen and Monkey, lots of cute Easter Props and activities, a photo area AND a pair of egg shakers to take home – this is a mixed-age session for 1 to 6 year olds Surbiton Hill Methodist Church, Surbiton - Monkey Music

TOP TIPS FOR ENJOYING YOUR CLASS

Say “hi” to the person on the mat next to you – we all know that the struggle to get out of the house with small children is very real and sometimes having little ones can be lonely – arriving to a new class and taking a seat can feel intimidating and a friendly face makes all the difference.

If your little one is up and about, especially in one of our venues that has wooden floors, we recommend non slip socks or clean shoes for the children.

Don’t worry if they are feeling energetic and physical – we never expect them to sit still for the class – however – if they are moving around, please go with them to keep them and everyone else safe from bumps and knocks. Safety is our main priority.

Log into The Monkey Music Club at home Monkey Music Club | Login | Monkey Music to listen to a free selection of our songs, watch the monthly class video, download song words to practise together, enter competitions and prize draws or visit the shop to download longer playlists and buy lovely merch or instruments.  That way, the magic of music follows you all week long, not just during your classes with us.

Keep in touch – if you have questions about dates, moving classes, birthday parties, or anything else we can help you with, please get in touch.
